My passion is developing strategies that change the game for my customers. I focus on deeply understanding your goals through empathy and curiosity. As a master facilitator, I help teams align around a shared vision and design meaningful solutions to achieve those goals. I bridge the end-to-end customer experience – from planning through design and delivery – to ensure solutions are successfully implemented, ensuring we measure success along the way.

My career has taken twists and turns, but I’ve earned my stripes as a strategy consultant, solution designer, and engagement lead, working across several industries. I’m always seeking out the toughest problems and love jumping into the fire.

I’ve worked for it all, from massive international tech firms to small entrepreneurship. With will over a decade of experience in corporate world, I’ve collected what works and common pitfalls. I want to bring that to you and your business. I want to learn what is unique about you and your goals, your special sauce and help leverage my expertise to take you to that next level.

I have a Master of Business Administration with a focus on entrepreneurship from the University of Minnesota. I also hold a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing and a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of Notre Dame.

On the weekends, you can find me tinkering on my latest DIY project and teaching my girls how to use power tools (responsibly). When the battery dies on the sander, I love going for hikes and enjoying the Minnesota lakes.
