Currently, Kyndryl relies on consultants working independently, with limited tools for research, insights, and workflow support. This has led to insufficient account and stakeholder insights, outdated and irrelevant industry and market analysis, and difficulty in creating high-quality customer content. The project addresses the increasing demand for AI integration in consulting services to remain competitive and meet customer expectations.

I led the team that developed future vision for a digital experience platform that enhances growth goals for 2027 by integrating AI to improve customer engagement, productivity, and overall service quality.

I developed a unified digital experience as a trusted AI assistant and coach for consultants throughout their journey. The project included phases such as refining and validating the concept with users, building the necessary infrastructure, expanding and scaling the solution, and optimizing and evolving the platform based on user feedback. The MVP focused on pre-engagement use cases and launched as a pilot by early 2025, with phased iterations and scaling.

Outcomes:

  • Revenue Impact: An estimated cumulative $893M TCV increase by FY27 due to improvements in productivity

  • Customer Metrics: A projected +7 point increase in NPS (Net Promoter Score).

  • Employee Engagement: Improved innovation perception in internal survey
